On receipt of your enquiry form we will contact you to confirm the cost and available dates for the Country and area that you have chosen.

As flights to each of our specific countries have varied timetables, we tailor the length and dates of your viewing trip to give you the maximum time in the country and area of your choice.

What is included:

Return flights, from regional airports of your choice, subject to availability.
Accommodation up to a maximum of 4 nights, in a Hotel or apartment.Accommodation to be selected by Holiday Home Abroad.
Transfers to and from the airport.
Legal and financial advice about purchasing your property.
A representative to look after you during your visit.

What is required to qualify:

Completion of Holiday Home Abroad pre visit enquiry form.
A consultation with a member of our team to discuss your requirements,
both lifestyle and financial.

That you should be able to proceed with a purchase if you find a property that is suitable.

Example Itinerary. 

Day 1
Arrival at the airport & transfer to accommodation.

Day 2
Sightseeing tour of your chosen area
Lunch break.
Excursion into the countryside & surrounding district.
Coffee break in a traditional coffee house in one of the villages.
Dinner at a Cyprus tavern.

Day 3
Tour of Your chosen properties.
Lunch break.
Tour of more properties, if you require to see more. Or a return visit to a property already viewed.
Coffee break.
Dinner at a restaurant.

Day 4
Tour of the main office and introduction to the developers services. 
Should you wish to proceed with a purchase or require futher information on purchasing a property.
Going through the terms & conditions of the sales agreement.
Appointment with a legal consultant.
Completion of the sales agreement.
Dinner at a restaurant.

Day 5
Transfer back to the airport and your return flight home.

Terms of Viewing Trips

Our viewing trips are for a maximum of 2 people.
All costs must be paid to Holiday Home Abroad, before the viewing trip can be confirmed.

Clients are responsible for arranging any visa’s etc that are required for their entry into the chosen country. Our staff will be happy to give guidance on these requirement.

After a trip has been confirmed no alterations are possible.

If you cancel the trip after confirmation has been given then the cost will not be refundable. If Holiday

Home Abroad has to cancel the trip then a full refund or alternative dates will be given.

At no time will you be pressured into purchasing a property and at all times you will be given all the information required to make an informative decision. Our representatives are there to assist you.
